Shipping & Policies

Shipping Policies: I will always try my hardest to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving payment., As a busy work at home mum, I will endeavour to get your item out as soon as possible. Your patience is always appreciated when there are delays during peak periods, children's illnesses, tantrums, lack of sleep and other unforeseen calamities. I will always contact you if you there is any reason why your item does not ship within the 3 business day time frame.

Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift tag, and the address to which I should send the invoice.

Items travelling within Australia take approx. 3-5 business days to arrive. Items travelling to USA take approx. 2 weeks and items to Europe approx. 2-3 weeks.

If you wish to have an item shipped with insurance or tracking, please contact me so I can update the shipping costs before you check out.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide in the Etsy checkout so please make sure it is correct (if this is different to your Paypal address, I will ship to your Etsy address).

For my international customers, all customs and additional fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of you the buyer.

Sadly :( I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

Refund Policy: I really want you to be happy with your purchase.

I will accept items for return, repair or exchange (if available) within 7 days of receipt. However, buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact me first to discuss the details of the situation so I can be prepared and give you an appropriate time-frame on repairs/exchange

IMPORTANT COLOR INFORMATION:

Printed colours may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another and even with different types or brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings. Behind the Green Door is not responsible for the resulting colour variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, I am sorry but I am unable to offer refunds and design revisions of colours if you do not like the colours when printed. PLEASE BE SURE to print a a copy of your design before purchasing party supplies to coordinate if colour matches are extremely important to you. Please note that however my designs are created in the RGB format which usually gives you the closest match and assurance that what you are seeing on your screen will be the same as when your item is printed.
