Shipping & Policies

Please read the description to see if the item has a specific turnabout time. Many of my monogram items tend to take 3-4 days to complete before shipping. Items that are already made generally are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. However, if you purchase an item on Friday your item(s) will not ship until Monday. If you purchase multiple items and the shipping charge seems to be too high, please "convo" me I will be happy to figure out what USPS flat rate shipping would be for all the items.

International shoppers: you will be responsible for any customs fees that might be tacked on upon arrival to your country, so please be aware of your country's policies. I am not responsible for taxes and duties that may incur.

Please let me know if you are not happy with your item. If for some reason something arrives damaged you MUST email me a photo of the damaged item, ESPECIALLY if it's one of the etched glassware items. Photos of damaged items are needed when filing a damage claim to the post office.
I will try and replace and ship any damaged items A.S.A.P.
