If you want to return The Garwood you should first properly assess this decision as well as a few other life choices we’re sure. We genuinely want you to be happy and wear your Garwood proudly! If you decide you don't like your watch or cannot handle the awesomeness it creates, simply send us an email and we’ll provide you with return instructions and we will give you a full refund.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a watch you purchased from The Garwood:

You have 7 days to return the watch
Make sure the watch is undamaged and in its original packaging
Make sure to include a copy of your order slip so we know where to send your refund
The Garwood does not cover the cost of return packages
Warranty If the watch is damaged when you receive it, The Garwood offers a 12 month limited warranty on manufacturer defects. If this is the case, please contact us before sending it back to us.

The Garwood warranty plan does not cover the following:

Damages occurred from exposure to water and/or fire
Damages caused by battery replacement or service repair.
Any damage from abnormal or abusive use, dents, cracks, scratches, etc. caused by wear and tear or incorrect use of the watch.

International Standard shipping: $19,95
May take up to 6 weeks depending on destination.
Available for select countries.

DHL International Expedited shipping: Price varies based on destination.
May take up to 8-12 days depending on destination.
Available for all countries worldwide.

Please note that extra fees and customs charges can occur in your local country. The Garwood does not cover these charges.
