Shipping & Policies

Product making/preparation takes 8-10 days.
Shipping takes 10-15 working days after an order is shipped out.

All orders will be shipped via Korea Post or EMS (with tracking number). We will email you as soon as your order has shipped.

If you want a different shipping method, please contact us before finalizing your purchase in order to discuss options and cost.

If order arrives defective or damaged, we want to make it right for you. We are happy to refund, exchange or replace the product within 2 days after you received your order. Note that 'simple change of mind' does not qualify as a valid reason for refund, exchange or replacement.

PLEASE NOTE: when refunding, exchanging or replacing your order, the buyer is responsible for returning items in the original condition as well as the returning shipping cost. The replacement order will be shipped after the returned item is received by us.
