RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds (excluding shipping costs) on all of our pieces! We only ask that the following requirement is met: The item(s) must be in the original condition, with no bends on the structure or scratches on the lenses.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Baendit for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email bandit@baendit.com and we will give you all the details you need! Please note that we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your sunglasses being returned. We recommend to use a registered postal service to return the goods, and to keep a record of the tracking details
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a centralised warehouse based in Hong Kong, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns from around the globe! We will provide you with the full address when we reply to your mail!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece(s) out, and email you a new tracking number. If you're refunding, we will refund you through PayPal (the same method you used to pay), and email you once complete.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at bandit@baendit.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Each order is free of charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are generally delivered within 10 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe. Please allow for 1-2 working days to process your order.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please email bandit@baendit.com if you do not receive one. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours. We CANNOT send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
Baendit uses Fedex, DHL, SF Express, HK Post
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when a delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Baendit. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
