We are based in London, UK, ship all our products worldwide, please get in touch for an exact quote. We work with a number of couriers and offer fully tracked, insured delivery services, offering 24 hour shipping to the UK and as fast as 3-day shipping worldwide. Many of our products are made to order and product lead times may vary, please get in touch for more information.

Returns
All our products are built and finished to an exceptionally high quality and are packaged using extremely robust packaging, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition no matter where they are travelling to.

In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, faulty or not up to our high standards. We will always repair or replace the product in a timely manner. If a product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible to report the damage. If possible please take photographs of damaged packaging before opening the parcel as this can help with insurance claims.

Where products are damaged in transit or faulty the buyer may be required to repackage the item using the original packaging to enssure no further damage is incurred in transit back to us. We will arrange a date for the item to be collected from the buyer and be returned back to us. We will send out a replacement, or where appropriate a repaired product in a timely fashion, and arrange a new delivery date with the buyer.
