RETURNS
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 business days of arrival. Please include your invoice number and item(s) ordered. Items may be returned but must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase. Please allow 10 business days, upon our receiving the returned item for your order to be refunded. You will receive and email confirming your return and we will refund in the original form of payment. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees.

SHIPPING
Some items are handmade to order so they make take a few days longer to ship. All orders ship within 5-7 business days of order. Items ship via USPS First Class and Priority. Upgrades can be made if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

For PinkLion.com we currently use the flat rate $12.95 USPS Priority shipping boxes. These can fit up to 5 large purses OR 10 small pouches.

Items shipping outside the US cannot be tracked unless you wish to pay for Registered Mail $49 flat rate. Includes tracking and estimate of arrival. *We are not responsible for customs fees.
