Shipping & Policies

MPORTANT: If your PayPal and Etsy address differ, please send me a message to let me know which address you want your items to be shipped to! In such cases I will not ship until the correct address is confirmed.
Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping within the European Union and 7-25 business days to everywhere else.
Refunds and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back in its original condition within 7 days after it's been delivered and I will exchange it for another item of your choice.
Exchanges must be of the same or lesser value of the item purchased. If you wish to exchange your item for one at a higher price an invoice with the difference will be sent to you.
Please do not send items back without notifying me first!!! Thank you!
If you wish to exchange an item or return it for a full refund please make sure item is packaged properly so it reaches me in its original intact condition. If it gets damaged in transit while on its way back to me, you will be refunded for 80% of the price of the item.
I always make sure to pack the items carefully so they can reach you in its original condition.
If any of your items needs a repair as a consequence of irregular use, please contact me and I will provide you with quote on the repair cost, depending on the damage done. The shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

If an item has been damaged in transit I will gladly repair it at no extra cost but the shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. In such cases items need to be returned for repair within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact me prior to sending an item back for a repair!
For items went missing while in transit, please contact me, I would do my best to find the best resolution for you as a customer.
