Shipping & Policies

Shipping is usually via Second Class Post (in the UK) which has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days, and depending on the value of the parcel, may require a signature on delivery. Occasionally parcels may be delayed in the postal system but if you don't recieve your order within 7 days of it being posted, contact us straight away.

Shipping outside the UK is sent via Royal Mail Airmail which has an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days but could take longer if it gets stopped at customs and inspected - most countries outside of the EU do charge customs charges and taxes which Penby Rose is not responsible for.

If your order still hasn't arrived after these deadlines have passed, please contact us straight away :)

Personalised orders (orders that have been made to your specifications or that are personalised with names/dates etc) are exempt from the refund policy.

All other orders come with a 14 day hassle free refund policy - you'll be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost (we recommend signed for postage to give you added protection), but you will then recieve a full refund or an exchange if you'd prefer.

If your order arrives damaged please contact us straight away for a refund/exchange.
