Shipping & Policies

I ship worldwide from Bulgaria via registered air mail (Bulgarian Posts) with tracking info available. Registered mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not home, postal carrier must leave a notice that your parcel is available for pick up from the local post office.

Shipping terms:
All items with label “Ready to ship” are shipped within 1-3 business days from day of purchase.
All items with label “Made to order” are shipped according terms specified in shipping details on product page.

Terms of delivery:
Once marked as shipped your order will be delivered approximately within these time frames:
Bulgaria – 1-2 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
USA: 10-25 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
Japan: 10-20 business days
India: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-30 business days
(For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above)

**Terms of delivery are approximately, based on previous experience. Petite LeRu Handmade is NOT responsible for any postal delays.

IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.
PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package need to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

Items paid with an e-check will ship once the e-check has cleared out. (it usually takes between 3-7days)
If your PayPal and Etsy address differ, please confirm the address you want your items to be shipped to! I will not ship until the correct address is confirmed.

I take time to carefully describe and photograph my items to minimize returns, so double check any of them, and if you have any questions, PLEASE convo me before purchasing. But if somehow you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I believe we can work it out. If you want to return // exchange an item for a full refund (minus the shipping costs), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees in that case are your responsibilities.
Please do not send items back without notifying me first!
Due to the nature of PDF Patterns, my patterns may not be returned or exchanged, but if you need any help, please contact me via Etsy.
I always make sure you receive the item you have purchased in the given time frames, however if a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy)
For items went missing while in transit or for any other issues with your order, please message me and I will do my best to find the best resolution for you as a customer.
Packages whose tracking info shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.
