Please read our Shop Policies prior to making a purchase as they contain the steps and procedures that will be followed in the case of LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED AND OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS.

Our products are made to order and are generally shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. If, in the rare case of a delay, we are unable to ship your order with in this time frame we will alert you via convo and any other email address that has been provided.

We are happy to accept returns on regular items (no returns on special orders). If you are not happy with your purchase once it arrives you may return it for a refund. Please read our full Return Policy below for details.

DOMESTIC

Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and First Class Mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within 2-5 days from the ship date depending on distance.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION - If a package is returned to due to an incorrect shipping address you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost at our discretion. Otherwise you can elect to receive a refund for the cost of the item(s). Please note: We can not be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you that is not returned.

In the case of LOST items, please notify us on Etsy, via Convo, within a timely manner. Please allow us the time/opportunity to resolve the issue with you.

When we receive your convo for the missing item, we may:

- Provide shipping tracking information to show where the item is
- Issue you a refund
- Offer to send you a replacement item, if you agree

Please be aware - WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED FOR AN ORDER. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

INTERNATIONAL

Packages are shipped via First Class Mail International Parcel. Delivery time varies by destination.

Please be Aware:

YOU, are responsible for ANY & ALL Import duty/Taxes/VAT Charges that YOUR country may impose on you for purchasing merchandise from outside of your country. Please be aware of these charges and amounts for your individual country PRIOR to making a purchase. Each country is different and has a different $$ threshold before they begin to impose a VAT charge.

Customs for your country could hold your package for VAT charges and will not release the package to you until you pay this charge, so we feel it is important to be aware of these fees/charges ahead of time.

All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel the order.

We are happy to accept returns on regular items (no returns on special orders). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple guidelines to make a return:

All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered/undamaged state within 60 days of purchase for a full refund less the shipping fee.

If a package arrives to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of arrival. We will arrange for the return of the item or may ask that you send a picture of the damage if you are able, and if possible a replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not possible, you will be issued a refund.
