Shipping & Policies

Please keep in mind that all my items are made with living plants. Therefore, I will generally ship with two day priority mail and although they may take a day or two longer they plant should be there within five days. In five days, the plants will be o.k. After six days they plants will need to be unpackaged and rehydrated. If you are not available to receive your order please notify me to hold of on shipping until you are guaranteed to receive the package. I would be happy to delay shipping if requested.

Generally, there are no refunds since all items contain live plants and are guaranteed healthy when they are shipped. If the item(s) has not been delivered to you due to an error on the buyers part, then I will not be able to give a refund. Example is a wrong address.

These are the exceptions for refunds:

1. If the tracking indicates that the post has made a mistake and lost the package, I will provide a full refund minus shipping or replace your order, the choice will be yours.

2. If there is an extended delay in delivery due to an error by the post, and you have lost a plant, I will provide you with another plant free of charge (shipping included) or you can send it back for a full refund minus the shipping cost.

In the end, I want you to be happy with your art piece. If you truly dislike your piece, email me and we will work something out.

All return shipping cost will be the buyers responsibility.
