*Refunds and Exchanges*

If something arrives on your end damaged, snap a picture and send me a message so that we can resolve the problem. If something arrives and you don't love it, pack it back up, let me know, and send it back. Once it arrives I'll be happy to refund you. In cases such as this, postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.

*Returns & Cancellations*

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled.

If for any reason you must cancel your order (not personalized) before it has been shipped, a full refund will be granted.

*Shipping*

I ship via Canada Post using regular mail service within 1 to 3 business days. Orders submitted over a weekend will ship on the next Monday, unless it’s a holiday (and you’ve got to like those). If you need an item faster than the regular standard, send me a message and alternate arrangements can be made.For international packages, any duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
