Shipping & Policies

If your shoes are damaged or the paint manages to come off within the first week of arrival your purchase will be completely refunded. Please note that the damaged shoe must be returned before payment is refunded.

If the address provided to me is incorrect, I can not refund lost shipment. Please make sure all addresses and information given to me is correct before completing your transaction.

All adult sizes are shipped via USPS in Priority mailers. Infant and Toddler sizes will be First Class. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days (In the US) or more, depending on busy or holiday schedules. All Priority packages come with $50 insurance and tracking.

**International Shipping can take up to a week or longer.
