Shipping & Policies

Orders will be shipped within 5 days of the payment date. If any additional care or instructions are necessary please email nataliejoyinfo@gmail.com with “Order Instructions” in the subject line and a reference number included in the body of the email.

Natalie Joy cares about customer satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your piece of Natalie Joy jewelry you may receive a refund if the item is returned within 15 days of the original shipment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are happy to repair any piece of jewelry no matter what kind of damage or when you bought it. All repairs will be assessed once the item is returned to the Natalie Joy studio. In some cases a modest repair fee will apply, but most of the time your piece will be repaired and returned to you at no additional cost.

Natalie Joy is not responsible for return shipping costs or any damage to the product during the shipment of refunded or repaired items.
Before returning any products to the Natalie Joy studio, please confirm via email that you are sending a refund or repair. Email nataliejoyinfo@gmail.com with “Refund/Repair” in the subject line.
