I do NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date. I will guarantee shipping by a certain date, but I can not control the post office, so I can not say if your order will arrive in time or not.

FYI shipping charges reflect postage as well as packaging materials and other indirect costs. I take a lot of pride and care in packaging my items to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they left me.
