Shipping & Policies

Items are ready to ship within 1-3 BUSINESS days after purchase.

If package is returned as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping address, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued less shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please ensure the ship to address is correct during check out process.

Shipping charges are estimates. I will only charge actual shipping costs. If the difference is more than one dollar, I will refund that difference.

I will gladly refund or repair your item if it is damaged in transit. Contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will file the insurance claim with the Post Office. Please retain the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in original packaging prior to refund being issued. Please request refund within 14 days of delivery date. The product listing amount and any sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
