Shipping & Policies

We strive our best to bake and ship orders as quickly as possible and to the best of our abilities. Most of our gourmet bulk and decorated dog treats ship within days of order receipt. For custom orders, volume quantities, or our gourmet cupcakes/cake pops/cookies/etc, please review lead-times as stated within the product listing. We do work to meet specific delivery dates, even if less than two weeks, as we do accept a very limited number of RUSH orders. Please contact us prior to placing a RUSH order as a custom listing will be created specifically for your order.

Please be advised that we do offer cool-pack shipping during the summer months; additional fees apply, please contact us when purchasing if you would like to add-on cool pack shipping as we are not responsible for items damaged during shipment.

Our standard carrier for all shipments is USPS, with the added value of a delivery confirmation number. Shipments will be submitted to carrier Monday-Thursday to ensure prompt delivery. Each package is packed and shipped with care to prevent damage; keeping in mind that all products leave in the very best condition possible, but that we cannot control the delivery service provider. Insurance is available upon request, please contact us when placing your order. We ship only within the USA.
