I started Simply Beadiful Designs when I realised that I want to stay at home with my son & still be able to bring in a bit of an income. It helps that I've got completed pieces laying all over the house! I also have some medical issues which prevent me from working full time outside the home, and my jewelry seems to be more dependable than being an Independant Consultant for someone else's company.

I've loved playing with beads all my life and have just recently realised how much I actually love the process of design & creation.

I've tinkered with different techniques and have come to an awareness that although some techniques may seem "easier", they're not where my heart is, and my heart is with my seed beads. They may take longer to create with but the finished product has such a feeling of satisfaction. I love the feel of my tiny little seed beads in my hands both as a raw product and woven together with other beads into a beautiful anklet or cute little phone charm!
