Shipping & Policies

Once payment is received, I have most orders in the mail within 2-3 weeks. Most holiday items in my shop are assembled and ready to go. For larger orders and custom orders, I will communicate promptly with the buyer about the expected turnaround time. Generally, turnaround time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks plus shipping.

SHIPPING:
Your order will be shipped via First Class USPS (3-5 days) or Priority 2 Day USPS (1-3 days). These shipping times are in addition to processing time of 2-3 weeks.

I ship internationally! PLEASE NOTE: the customer is responsible for any VAT and/or customs charges that may occur. Your shipping costs at Make It Merry Shop cover First Class International Shipping Charges from the USA.

REFUNDS:
I try my best to write clear and descriptive listings so that there should be no surprise or disappointment once your items arrive. That said, if I make an error or your item is defective in anyway, I will either refund your purchase amount or replace the item immediately (if possible). Please contact me with any problem so that I can work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
