SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For most shipments, I use USPS priority mail, which includes a tracking number. I calculate my shipping prices based on weight, size and distance. My current domestic shipping charges, based on product styles, are estimated as follows:

Wallets: $5.90
Cotton Totes: $5.90
Triangle Print Totes: $5.90
Word Totes: $5.90
All Shoulder/ Messenger Bags: $8-14

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping costs are estimates. I will check multiple shipment options to see which are best for your particular location. If cost to your address is lower than listed, I will issue a partial refund for the difference.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receipt of payment. After I have shipped your purchase, I will send a message with expected delivery date.

Large, full-sized bags, are stuffed with newsprint to keep their shape, and wrapped with cellophane to protect from possible leaks in the box during shipment. Wallets and totes are shipped in bubble wrap envelopes. If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like it gift wrapped, just let me know.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

All bags are made from start to finish by myself. I strive to create a product that meets the high standards expected of handcrafted workmanship. If there is a problem with an item’s quality or if you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact me immediately and we can work together to find a solution.

Due to the nature of ordering online, I am happy to offer full refunds within 2 weeks of your receiving your item or an exchange within 2 months. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you and let you know if your refund/exchange has been accepted.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.

If items are to be returned or exchanged, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
