Mistura watches are guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
The movement and hands are the only components covered under this warranty.
The Mistura warranty conditions are subject to material and workmanship defects. Mistura watches are 90% natural and made by hand which means that any improper or abnormal use may cause damages to your Mistura watch and that will void your warranty automatically.
Damages caused by natural reactions would be covered for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced, at the discretion of Mistura Repair Center, free of charge, if they meet the warranty conditions.

There will be a minimum fee of USD $10 for return shipping and handling while there is no charge for repair or replacement of your watch under the warranty period. If paying by check make check payable to: D3F Co LLC. If the issue you are experiencing with your watch does not fulfill the warranty conditions or it is not under the warranty period, charges would be as follows:
To repair all parts that are not listed under the warranty conditions, including return shipping and handling. Please refer to the Repair Form for details.
We offer lifetime free battery replacements at our Mistura stores worldwide. If you are away from Mistura stores, you can ship your Timepiece back to us and our team will replace the battery for you. The shipping and handling fee is USD $15. Note: Please allow us 3 to 4 weeks for the return of your Mistura Timepiece. Since our product is 100% natural, variations may occur.
Please ship watches with a carrier that can be tracked such as FedEx or UPS. Mistura is not responsible for damage, loss or theft occurring during transportation.

You have the right to return any article order online and that has not been worn within 30 days from the date of original purchase for full refund. All refunds will be prepared in the type of original payment or Mistura.com Gift Certificate for the same amount. Please send original receipt in the return box and keep a copy of this for future references.
Mistura can exchange any article order online and that has not been worn within 30 days from the date of original purchase to another item but with the same value or a payment must be required for items that have more value or a Mistura.com Gift Certificate will be issued for those with less value from the original purchase.
Mistura does not refund money while exchanging Mistura products. Please send original receipt in the exchange box and keep a copy of this for future references. On the back of your receipt notify which item would you like to exchange it for with the reference number and the name of the new article.
