I accept payment via PayPal only.
Note: You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with Visa/Mastercard
through PayPal.
Click the payment button and it will give you the option 'I don't have PayPal account', where you can pay with your credit card.

I leave 3 days to complete the payment, if the payment is not completed in 3 days,
I will cancel the sale.
If you need couple of days before paying, just inform me and let me know when you plan on buying and the item will be reserved for you.

All items will be shipped from Bulgaria, European Union in 3 working days after the payment is cleared. All parcels are shipped only via registered mail with delivery confirmation.

Domestic mail will take about 3 days. International mail takes up to 4-25 business days, depending on the destination.
It takes 5-15 days to Europe and 10-28 days to USA and other countries.

Please consider the fact that international delivery might be delayed (although does not happen often) because of the customs clearance and this is unfortunately out of my control.

The proof of postage on all shipped items is retained. Tracking number will be provided to you. Insured postage can be arranged if requested and for additional cost.

I am happy to ship worldwide, but please note that International customers outside of EU are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Refunds and Exchanges

I try very hard to accurately represent my product through photographs and description, but the color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another.
I like to have a happy customer. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me before you leave feedback, and I will do my best to solve the problem.
I accept returns and exchanges within the first 15 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.
I refund for lost parcels after post office confirm that parcel is lost and I can fill a claim in post office.
