I hand paint every image myself, and I love the spontaneity that comes with watercolors. Nature takes over at some point and it’s up to the water how the pigments will arrange themselves. It’s especially fascinating to see the pigments when I scan my images and I love to zoom in on my scans and discover new things about what I have made. I picked some Jonquils from the Brooks art museum right next to my house. They were so beautiful I had to make them into clip art- and I was so excited about the coming of spring that I was really inspired!
